This long established boxing fitness class, teaches you boxing skills and develops fast, hard, technically proficient punches in a friendly group environment that enhances your speed, endurance, coordination, agility and spatial awareness. Learn new skills and train using the resistance exercises that Kris used to get him in peak fitness during his own professional kickboxing career. Kris has coached multiple combat sports champions so you know you’re training with an expert. If you have done a little boxing before you may be able to join straight in, if not, a one to one session with Kris will teach you everything you need to get involved and join this awesome class. You will be hitting and holding pads, and this class may feature some well controlled contact. If you want to box but don’t want to get hurt, then this is the class for you. Be warned, you will go home buzzing after this class.
