Way more fun than hitting the treadmill-boxing is awesome for fitness – fact! My hot shots ladies boxing class is designed so that the only thing you punch is a well held pad. Hitting pads rocks – you can hit as hard as you like and no one gets hurt! In my experience hitting pads is far safer than other boxing classes where all you punch is thin air and over-extension injuries are easily picked up! The satisfaction of learning, then hitting punch combinations as hard and fast as you can is seriously exhilarating. You will not get hit and you do not hit anyone else. If you’ve already tried a fitness boxing based class you may be able to join in straight away, if not, a one to one private session will quickly get you up to speed and ready to join in the action whatever your fitness level. Some classes will also feature kicks to boost your whole body workouts. Sessions usually end with toning exercises, just to make sure you are fully worked out!
