"I have always kind of trained all my life, but with taking the lead for this movie (Deadman Running) I had to be muscular and look fit enough to smash through brick walls. I've never done anything as intense as when I trained with Kris Cann - "the man" got me in shape in 6 weeks no question". Tamar Hassan - Hollywood and UK actor

I will try to answer as many questions as I can on this page but if I have left anything out then please give me a call.

How many sessions a week should I do?

As regards sessions per week – it all depends on:

  • What your goals are
  • Whether or not you do any other activity/exercise
  • How serious you are about achieving your goals

To give you an idea – I have client’s who do 4 sessions a week and I have world champion athletes who see me just once a week – the frequency really depends on what you need from your training.

Goal setting

The more specific you can be with this, (as long as it is realistic) the bigger the chance of getting results. It’s all about you having a crystal clear idea of why you want me to train you, this helps me to motivate you and means I am able to design workouts and programmes to suit your individual needs.

Sessions take place in my private studio at the Ultimate Training Academy near the Lansdowne in central Bournemouth.

I am busy but have some slots available.  It usually works that client’s keep set slots on a week in week out basis unless they work shifts in which case we both have to communicate and be a little flexible.

Consultation and goal setting

I like to meet clients before signing up, really to see if I am the right trainer for you to work with and also to discuss your goal setting and help you to get the most from the goal setting process.

Consultation is free and takes up to 45 minutes, we meet at my studio and work together to form your GET RESULTS ACTION PLAN, all you need to bring is your self and a positive ‘I Cann do it’ attitude. See you soon if you are ready to get started.

I think that is about all I can tell you for now and look forward to hearing from you soon!
